Step 01 · Define

Define your ICP and purchase signals

A 90-minute workshop with your Head of Sales. We map what you sell, to whom (facility type, specialty, size, geography), who decides (CIO, department head, DRCI, CEO), and most importantly: which external events make you say "I need to call them right now". We configure your custom signals in Medify. Every client has their own.

Step 02 · Monitor

Our agents monitor 10+ sources in real time

"Signal" agents are deployed on every public data source: BOAMP (heavy equipment tenders), ARS (new equipment authorizations), HAS (expiring certifications, scheduled visits), Hospimedia (decision-maker appointments), LinkedIn (new hires), PubMed (recent publications), BODACC (management changes), RPPS, FINESS, ResearchGate. None of these sources are monitored by Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo.

We can add any source you wish to monitor.

Step 03 · Connect agents

Agents connect to your lead group

Once the lead group is set up, agents are connected. They build a complete file for each prospect: identity (RPPS, LinkedIn), career path, PubMed publications, decision-making org chart of the facility, ARS authorizations, HAS results, active BOAMP tenders, BODACC announcements.

Step 04 · Score

Every lead is automatically classified and scored

Once leads are qualified, they receive a classification: HOT (qualified + active signal), WARM (strong profile, signal incoming), COLD (no relevant signal detected). Leads are grouped in the Medify interface, ranked by priority score, filterable by persona, territory, specialty, signal.

Step 05 · Draft and review

A tailored message drafted for every signal

For each lead, an outreach message is drafted by AI, anchored on the detected signal, personalized to the persona, aligned with your offer. The sales rep reads, adjusts, approves. No automatic sending without their knowledge. Full control. Outreach via email and LinkedIn.

Step 06 · Results

All results centralized in Medify

Open rate, reply rate, active leads, signals detected this week: everything is visible on the main dashboard. Results are strong because we contact the right people at the right moment, with the right message. No volume. Precision. Client results: 65.5% open rate, 17.9% reply rate, 825 qualified leads generated for a medical congress, +40% qualified meetings for our current clients.
